The Minnesota Wild uses Knack – an internal Sales platform – to track the inventory of our marketing-forward Partnership assets. Knack replaces the need for a traditional project brief: allowing stakeholders to easily communicate the promotional plan that goes with each feature.
Because the platform is designed to filter assets by ‘Sold’ vs. ‘Open,’ it provides year-over-year efficiency. And when creating Partnership proposals, the Sales team can easily find/match available assets to our client needs without having to hold a brainstorm session for every pitch. In addition, departments inputting new assets can assign a pricing tier, which indicates to the Partnerships team which items are more valuable.
