Delta Community Captain, a collaboration between the Seahawks and Delta Airlines, is a program where individuals within the Seattle community are recognized for their endeavors falling into four areas that align with our team values: Social Justice, Education, Military, and Environment.
When naming these exceptional individuals as our honorary captains, the Seahawks will honor them with a surprise visit from Blitz, present them with a check donation to a charity of their choosing, and host them at a regular season game.
Our 2023 Community Captains provided us with the opportunity to cross-promote multiple campaigns. One captain was also recognized with accolades associated with Inspire Change, while another received shoe donations as a part of our Blitz Kicks4Kids initiative.
